Accessibility: keyboard navigation with `Tab` blocked by slider between Play button and playback meatballs menubutton

This affects both Clapper and Pipeline from Flathub.

If you press Tab a couple times to focus the Play button in the overlay toolbar, and then try to press Tab again to reach the meatballs menu on the right, it is impossible (and likewise, if you somehow focus the meatballs menu by clicking on it, you cannot use Shift+Tab to go back to the Play button on the left):
