Support for deleting orphaned messages

Is there any chance that support for deleting orphaned messages could be added? Or any suggestions on how to delete those messages?
It would be so useful if this would become a feature. I have a lot of orphaned messages that seem to eat up space in iCloud too and without imessage-exporter I wouldn't even have found them.

No; imessage-exporter is read only.

Orphaned messages occur when the association between a message and a chat cannot be resolved; you would have to manually edit the messages database to remove them. Simply removing messages from the database locally is not guaranteed to remove them from iCloud.
