Plugins - Arduino Fan Controller

I made a plugin that lets FanControl manage fans connected to an Arduino via PWM.
It supports multiple fans (defined in the Arduino sketch) and automatically adapts to the number configured.

Feedback and testing are welcome — it’s still experimental, but it works reliably in my setup.
