Argo Conditioner timeout error

Describe the bug
I'm trying to connect my air conditioner to the integration without success since I always get a TimeoutError.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a new instance from the ui
2. Set name, ip, mac, key
3. Send
4. See error

Configuration
Was set from the ui

Expected behavior
The ac unit connected to hass

Platform:

• OS: HAOS 16.3, Hass 2025.12.1
• Browser: Chrome/Firefox
• Version 3.3.2, (Also tried the rewrite in the pr with the same issue)

Additional context
The unit was set up from the ewpe app and I extracted the encryption key from gree's servers with the script.
Since i was using vlans i put the ac in the same vlan as my hass instance and I still get the same issue.
I tried both the phisical mac address from my router directly and the one shown in the app (Contains a @ symbol)
I tried changing the encryption protocol version
I'm trying since 2025.11 with the same issue
