AC becomes unavailable after power outage or a simple router restart #397

Description

@versones

Describe the bug
After restarting the router (for any reason), or a simple power outage, upon returning the AC entity becomes Unavailable.

However, the connection in the Gree app continues to work. On the router, the IP address remains the same.

If I remove and add the air conditioner again, it starts working again (until the same scenario occurs).

The internet is still working, which seems related to issue #394, but in this case the internet is working again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Restart your router
  2. Wait to complete the process
  3. Check the AC entity, it will become unavailable

Configuration
Configuration was done using auto-discover in the UI

Expected behavior
Upon restoring the connection to the router, the entity should become available again.
