Close "Version-" branches #19
Description
We are switching from assigning version number by branch to retroactively assigning version number on push to master. ALL MERGES WITH MASTER will have a version number update assigned to it. Version numbers will use the format x.y.z
x will change on major site overhauls, z will change on bug fixes or very minor changes, and y will change on everything else.
