[FEATURE_REQUEST] Option 4 - Watchdog test message #39

One of the questions people have when going through option 4 to install the watchdog especially the Discord notifications, once completed to know if its working. Other than waiting for a update or an issue there is not a good way to know that its working or not.
Describe the solution you'd like
In my mind, and again might be a lot better solution out there, but what i was thinking about is at the very end of the Option 4 installation of Watchdog, to have an option to send a test notification just to confirm its working. That will provide assurance that the user has done it correctly.
