updated IBD cross section #49
Description
This paper by Ricciardi et al. (2022) has an improved evaluation of the IBD cross section, showing up to ~1% (at 100 MeV) difference compared to the Strumia & Vissani XS currently implemented, as well as a more precise evaluation of the uncertainty.
It would be nice to implement this updated cross section.
