Percentage Point Function Feature for Distributions

Hi, is there a way that we can get the Percentage Point Function for UQpy distributions?

Unless I am unaware of such a feature, there is not a way of getting the value of a distribution from it's probability in UQpy.

I noticed since they are built from scipy distributions, it would simply be a case of calling the .ppf() function on the scipy equivalent.

Hi Jack,

You are correct, UQpy distributions are compatible with the ones from scipy. In order to retrieve the Percentage Point Function for UQpy distributions you can use the icdf( ) method available for all 1D distribution objects. It is directly linked with the ppf( ) method as you suggested. Please let me know if this works for you!
