not copying some files

Bug Description
I have a laravel app an cpanel which the public folder of the laravel should be copied to the public_html and the all files (rest of the files and the public folder too) should be copied to the laravel_app folder. It says app-D8QiuZ--.js has no change but there is no file in the cpanel with that name. while it copies the public folder to the laravel_app and it would be written perfectly.
