Token Compliance Test Suite

Create a compliance test suite for:

• https://scitokens.org/technical_docs/Claims
• https://github.com/WLCG-AuthZ-WG/common-jwt-profile/blob/master/profile.md
• https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9068.html

I think it would take as input one or more tokens (in files?) and verify that the tokens follow the specifications.

I think it could be a "stricter" and "more verbose" version of the deserialize() method from https://github.com/scitokens/scitokens which includes token verification.
