Suggestion: RuneLite Notification Setting #4

I love this plugin, and I have a suggestion for 2 extra options.
1 to enable RuneLite Notifications and a 2nd one to set an offset time for the notification.
That way you could set a RuneLite Notification to happen 2s before getting venom damaged
