Menu background color not applied in Unraid version 6.12.4

In the current Unraid version 6.12.4 the menu bar (that contains the links to Dashboard, Main, Shares etc.) is always white. Making changes to the header or menu background colors in the ThemeEngine doesn't have any effect.
