The extend feature will break the hologram lock function

Describe the bug
The extend feature will break the hologram lock function, which in my understanding, this should be an unexpected result. This can cause difficult to operate when performing vertical alignments.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Lock hologram of a specific machine.
2. Move the cursor next to the same type of machine that can be extended.
3. The lock was broken, and unable to recover even if move away the cursor.

I think this is working as intended. Extend is not intended for scaling, but is meant for just placing a single building. So, lock doesn't matter since it can only be in up to two locations.
