Add code highlighting support for hocon examples

Currently the `.. code-block:: `s for hocon don't have highlighting applied to them.
It would be nice if we could have at least minor highlighting.

Is there a more popular format that is close to that of hocon that we could use instead?
Or is it possible to add a custom highlighter?
