Upgraded to latest version to see if was that, also checked logs, this is all Greek to me but best I can make out there's some missing stuff ? Not sure what it's referring to.

The plugin doesn't have enough permissions to read your browser's history. I'm not sure why this is happening, right now I can only suggest to try running PowerToys as admin

Oh my bad I should've included that in my post, ya I tried that, no dice.

I just tried taking ownership and got permission denied lol. Something funky on my end then. This system has needed a reformat for years now but I've just gotten so comfortable with it I ignore the myriad of issues. So ya don't worry bud, it's a me issue.
