What was done?
Added QueryConditions component in topology page.
Access the menu through the QueryConditionsButton on the top:
This opens up this menu overlay:
You can change NetFlow protocol, Protocol & Port:
To edit the selection after it was made click the minus icon on the right of the entry here:

Alex still needs to fix the QueryConditions in the backend as there are problems with the mapping.
