Add sound effects

Add sounds for the following:

• When a timer completes
  • Configurable per timer (only for standard timer)
• When daily reset occurs?
• When there are daily/weekly/monthly timers that have not been completed and the timer is almost up
• 40 minutes after an herb run and every 20 minutes after to remind casting remote farm
