MDI Icons for Matter and Thread

Before submitting a new icon request, please confirm the following:

• I have searched all issues to make sure there isn't a request for this icon.
• I have searched the current library to make sure the icon doesn't already exist.
• I understand that brand icons are no longer being added and I can use SimpleIcons for my brand icon needs.
• I only intend to request a single icon (or a few near-identical ones) in this issue.

I think that these will technically fall under brands/logos, which are no longer being added. Existing ones that are similar, like Zigbee, Z-Wave and NFC will soon be removed. It might be worth submitting a request for these icons on SimpleIcons instead.
