Add child lock/unlock icons #7863

Before submitting a new icon request, please confirm the following:
- I have searched all issues to make sure there isn't a request for this icon.
- I have searched the current library to make sure the icon doesn't already exist.
- I understand that brand icons are no longer being added and I can use SimpleIcons for my brand icon needs.
- I only intend to request a single icon (or a few near-identical ones) in this issue.
What would you use this icon for?
I'm adding a device to Home Assistant that has a child lock feature. There are many lock-related icons but none for child-lock. I think child lock is a very common feature across a wide range of devices that could be useful as part of this library.
Give us an example of what this icon might look like.
There are some examples over on flaticons.
I don't think they suit the MDI style or match the other lock icons. I think something that combines perhaps the baby icon with the lock/unlock icon in a similar style to the account-lock icon would be great.
