Discover (re-)fix

Discover has stopped working on the account, opening it pulls up the "Arch linux isn't configured to install apps through discover" warning. Fixable by running:

sudo pacman -S packagekit-qt6 --noconfirm

May quickly fix it later but I'm busy rn :P

Will also note that even once this is working, Discover will warn you to not use Discover as installing firmware or lower-level stuff can lead to partial upgrades. Am currently looking into pamac.
