Sporadic Network Timeouts

Hey team,

overall our system is working great. Yet occasionally, a handful of times daily, we're seeing timeouts from unleash. We haven't been able to identify a through line, or even definitive traffic patterns that may be leading to this.

Is this a known issue, and is there anything we can do to remove these errors from popping up?

not sure how helpful this will be as this is pretty much all we get, but the errors look like this:

Hi @synnefon, that looks like a client configuration (how long it waits until it gives up). If the latency is high then you may see these issue. How's the latency from that edge instance? What's the time out configuration for your client? And what SDK and version are you using?
