add precision to periodic

add some information to periodic such as the discovery/creation date of every atom and their author, or some biography etc

when clicking on a element, you can scroll down to another "tab" (idk if im clear) named information where you have access to al the data.

Additional context
It would be preferable if it was desactivated by the exam mode

It's a good idea, but it would take a lot of time to research each atom, for a minimal result. So I won't work on this issue but feel free to do so.
