What's Changed

• Merge v1.1.0 to main by @maikwoehl-psi in #38

Constraint Updates

• Arrays depotInfoList, chargingStationInfoList, chargingPointInfoList and chargingRequestList do not require a minimum of one item anymore
• Attributes stateOfHealth, stateOfCharge, expectedSocAtArrival, minTargetSoc, maxTargetSoc are not constrained to be between 0 and 100 to match rules of the specification document
• Identifiers of type UniqueIdentifier are not of format uri anymore. Identifiers can be freely chosen.

Structural Updates

• A new EvccIdentifier for vehicle mac addresses according to ISO 15118 is added to be used in the vehicleInfo structure.
• For better planning a new optional attribute requestedStartTime is added to structure AutomaticPreconditioning.
• For better predicting the charging process a new attribute chargingPredictionDataDepartureTime is added to ChargingPredictionData. One can add soc to which the vehicles battery should be charged until reaching a defined timestamp.

Documentation updates

Description of some attribute and objects are updated.
