Change DB from Pickl to SQL based

Change the databse away from Pickl and memory based to a SQLite or something similar.
This will enable saving all buy and fill orders for canceling and future statistics.

This should be implemented before release to make sure orders can be tracked AND both buy and sell orders can be canceled.

A new data type for order type should also be added to the Order class.

Functionality of the Order class should most likely be moved to the OrderCtrl as the ordes will be pure data from the SQL database
