Encounter.individual ID column with "NA" causes naming bug

If a user enters "NA" in the Encounter.individualID field when uploading a bulk import spreadsheet, Wildbook doesn't create or add the encounter to a marked individual named NA, it creates a marked individual page without a name that appears in the bulk import task as a UUID.
