Encounter React search doesn't display results for Bulk Import File name field

Expected behavior
Searching for an encounter (/react/encounter-search) by bulk import file name displays encounters from that bulk import.

Current behavior
Searching a bulk import by file name says there are no results.

QA notes

1. Start an encounter search and in the Metadata section, enter the bulk import file name

2. Click Apply button. No results are displayed.

3. Open bulk import logs (Administer > Bulk Import Logs) and search for the file name. It confirms that an import with that file name exists.

Tested in QA and the filter works correctly there. Tested in Sharkbook and Flukebook and both searches said there were no results even when the file name exists.

Bug verified in prod sites, but is absent from QA. Is it possible that this resolves itself on the next upgrade cycle? @vkirkl @holmbergius @JasonWildMe

Are all bulk import file names searches returning no results or just specific names searches?

So far, it's any file name. I tested with a few different types (all letters, alphanumeric, mixed case, etc.).

Yes! Choose any name from the drop-down in a prod site and see if you get any results. I didn't have the same problem in QA. If a file name said no results there, it's because the import had 0 encounters.

i checked api response on arw, open search is returning empty array, it might have something to do with open search and field re-indexing? i'm just guessing, jon is the open search expert (sorry jon if I added more work on you)
