[Docs]: Improve docs on how to add member profile on website

Describe the Issue
When open source beginners tried to follow instructions from the GUIDE, it seems that some details were left out which causes confusion for them.

Proposed Changes

1. Make it so beginner-friendly that non-coders can follow it to a T and not encounter any issues
2. Include installing tools as prerequisite such as an IDE and Git
3. Update List of possible name values to include Website, Behance and Figma (see PR feat(socials): add behance, figma, website to social icons #36 )
4. Update example profile with Website
5. Also include screenshots when creating PRs as we noticed a lot of beginners made the mistake of creating a PR in their own fork

Sample profile should have typical values e.g. ally: false instead of ally: true to avoid confusion.
