Close drawer automatically when clicking a menu item

Current behavior:
When the user clicks an item in the drawer, the drawer stays open.

Expected behavior:
After clicking a menu item (e.g., navigating to another page or section), the drawer should automatically close to improve user experience, especially on mobile devices.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the drawer.
2. Click on any menu item.
3. Notice that the drawer remains open.

Yeah that would definitely make the site easier to use. Good call, feel free to work on it.

I'm not sure if the drawer should close with the language toggle though. We might need to think that over.

@ann-kilzer as the drawer on desktop shows only language switch, how about showing it in the header? like image below, let me know what you think.
