Just wondering what people think?

I like "technical" as it's a broad band that covers a lot, but maybe too much? "programming" is just so specific though. So many of our people are scientists, etc. But scientists program. I just don't know.

Honestly I can go either way, I'd be interested in talking about it though.

It aligns well with GPN. I do other technical stuff (e.g. sysadmin, writing SOPs), but I want to focus on the programming part here.
