Include a note about the SQLite driver

Below the versions for MariaDB/MySQL, there's a section that lists "Other MySQL servers that are known to perform well".

Could we also add another section detailing the experimental SQLite driver (with proper disclaimer/note, of course)?

Hosts could provide valuable feedback about this feature plugin, especially if a Core merge is proposed.
