Dashicons not displaying on Hosting Handbook pages

While browsing the Make WordPress Hosting Team Projects page , I noticed that several dashicons are not rendering correctly. Instead of displaying the intended icons, empty squares are shown in their place.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit https://make.wordpress.org/hosting/team-projects/ .
2. Observe the dashicon next to the “Make WordPress Hosting” title in the top bar.
3. Also note the dashicon next to the “Show welcome box” label on the right side of the page.

Expected behavior:

Dashicons should render properly and display the corresponding icons (e.g., menu and toggle icons).

Possible cause:

It seems the dashicons stylesheet may not be enqueued or loaded correctly on this page.
