Create a faucet that will distribute small transactions to every registered Xterium account automatic way.

Consider making it available to all Polkadot accounts with an existential deposit. There are around 1.5 million accounts.
It's a cheap and fast way to increase accounts in the XODE ecosystem.
If 1.5 million is too many, you can exclude the least active accounts, Nova Wallet accounts, or create campaigns with different blockchains, such as offering a small amount to active users of a particular coin or blockchain.

• every WUD holder who joined the campaign with XON and dropped an NFT for the WUD Universe cabin.
• Other joined campaigns with other projects

The faucet can probably be manipulated, so it would be better to use some criteria-based wallets and Xterium accounts, which are harder to manipulate.
