jdk8 is no longer buildable since jdk8u482-b02

jdk8u482-b02 was tagged yesterday, and that includes in tree freetype. That is requiring changes in jdk8 free type handling in temurin-build.

Question remians how deeply to support older jdks8, or jdk9+10. Minimal changeset to keep jdk8 buildable is #4287

To not support jdk9/10 and older jdk8, means a lot of nearly dea code being removed from temurin build, but of course it means to not be able to rebuild those jdks as they were. The #4287 is currenlty doing basic checking based on jdk version and jdk8's tag.

Possible removal of previous freetype handling should be done in separate pr. Any thougts to the PR welcommed!

• (configurations) All build-configs should use default (bundeld) free type #4320
• (docs) Narrowed description of freetype switeches #4321
• (sbom) All free type are now bundled, and should be on 2.13.3 #4315
