Text not scaned properly

Hi Team,
I have an image with below printed on it

But when i try to scan it, the "zero with a slash" is scaned as "e" and the surrounding text is also getting captured. Can you please help me on how I can only scan the spesific line of text and ignore some surrounding text ?
