FHIR R4 validation error with R5 extension

We encountered the same issue as the one reported in #138.

We are using version v4.0.9.
We received an error during the first validation of the following extensions:

• http://hl7.org/fhir/5.0/StructureDefinition/extension-Encounter.plannedStartDate
• http://hl7.org/fhir/5.0/StructureDefinition/extension-Encounter.plannedEndDate

Here is a validation report showing the errors:

The first error was meant to check whether Matchbox can validate against the StructureDefinition of the extension, and it seems that it can.
As explained in the #138 issue, the error does not appear on a second validation.

Does this issues could be treated in the future version ? If yes would it be possible to have an estimation of the time needed for the correction ?

@TristanKEREVAL I don't have access to the validation report can you add the report here? or an example how to reproduce? because #138 has been solved, it would be something different.

I used this example :
20251126_TDDUIEncounter_Passant2.json with the UI on https://acceptance.ihe-catalyst.net/matchbox/validate. I used the ans.fhir.fr.tddui#2.0.0TDDUI Encounter Sejour profile. On the first validation I get :

If I launch a second validation on the profile, it works without any errors
