[source-facebook-marketing] No data retrieved from streams: ads, ad_sets, campaigns using FULL OVERWRITE

What step the error happened?

Since the deprecation of V18 of Facebook Marketing API on 13th August 2024, we upgraded our source connector to latest version 3.3.15.
By doing so, we went to V19 Facebook Marketing API.

However, the following streams now return empty results:

• ads
• ad_sets
• campaigns.

We were able to retrieve data using V18 - via old version of Airbyte facebook source connector.

Investigations so far:

• We are using the mode FULL OVERWRITE
• When doing the HTTP curl command outside of Airbyte (using same creds + V19), we are able to retrieve data
• We are trying to retrieve all fields of each stream
• We put all the possible status from the dropdown list for ads, ad_sets and campaigns

Hey there, giving an update on what I found.

It seems that the mode FULL OVERWRITE is not working on these 3 streams.
What I did:

• reset the 3 streams
• sync
• assess that all data were fully ingested
• rerun sync
• Data incomplete in destination

Thus, for now, I will just use the INCREMENTAL - APPEND + DEDUPED mode
