Proxy Agent

It would be nice to be able to pass the proxy-agent instead of just the proxy URL. That way we can customize the agent to our needs.

@tenoriojuann ...like the ability to enable keepAlive. The Akamai docs even recommend uploading over a single TCP connection, but there's not a way to do that with this API.
