SaveAPI for screenshots

Sometimes saving the webpage isn't going as expected and screenshots feature available at WaybackMachine UI allows to preserve the entire page without a problem.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Allow making requests to save the screenshot of a page while using the user auth token to attempt such action.
