 Amazing script, but please add ability to install/update to the latest Xray core + handle XUDP

The request is clearly stated in the title.

Please add the ability to install and update the latest Xray core version. Additionally, handle XUDP.

The script generates the docker-compose.yml file, which pulls an outdated Xray core version. I couldn’t find any reference to using XUDP in the server configuration.
