Deployment error with website does not load the theme and all links are broken

Hi team,

i am a beginner of the Github and tried to implement theme to my page. I followed up the installation process but the theme was not loaded properly, showing the white color background, navigation off and links are broken.

My domain name is the same with my username. https://lilylovewine.github.io/

I found another user had the same issue like me.

However, my theme was still off.
Could you please help me to solve it?

I solved it by installing docker, ruby, jekyll and bundle.

The theme should work as is from the beginning. Maybe it was a cache issue.
