Please update the gem after `Release yajl` commit

I noticed that the gem has a runtime dependency yajl-ruby ~> 1.2.0 in rubygems, but in source code there is a dependency 'yajl-ruby', '>= 1.2.0'.
Maybe you forgot update the gem after release yajl commit. Please, republish the gem 🙏
