Reset npc_snark's teamnum via OnSpawnPost #300

With mp_teamplay 1, snarks don't attack anything if snark's teamnum == target teamnum. I think we can make CNPC_Snark::IsValidEnemy think that teamplay isn't on, but it's much more simpler to just set -1 for team/teamnum keyvalue.
