Publish to NPM?

It looks like typescript support was added to version 3.0. This is great, but it's not available in the npm registry yet. Would you consider releasing this version?

@kmsquire in the meantime, I decided to create typings in DefinitelyTyped. Would you care to approve the PR as another affected user? I suppose that'd be enough for the maintainers to merge the types and we could all just do npm i @types/async-csv and be happy :)

To anyone still arriving here - the types are merged by now, so you can simply do:

npm i -D @types/async-csv
# or
yarn add --dev @types/async-csv
