Add instructions to install AGE on UBI linux

i am trying to install apache AGE into a docker image provided by chruncy-postgres. i did it succesfully for the timescaledb extension but cannot manage to install the postgresql develop package onto UBI using microdnf.

would be helpful if you can add a guide on how to install and compile AGE using microdnf as package manager
