Bring Qumat Documentation to the Forefront and Restructure Primer Content

Hi team,

I'd like to propose an improvement to the visibility and structure of Qumat-related documentation on the Mahout website.

Currently, all the Qumat content is located under the Quantum Computing Primer section. While this is useful, it may not be immediately clear to new users that this section contains Qumat-specific resources.

Proposal:

Create a dedicated Qumat section in the documentation.

Move the individual topics from the Quantum Computing Primer directly under the new Qumat section.

Ensure that Qumat appears in the main sidebar and/or homepage to highlight it as a core focus of Mahout.

This would make the Qumat documentation more discoverable and better aligned with Mahout’s current direction toward Quantum Computing.

I’d be happy to help implement this change once there’s agreement on the structure.
