[Bug]: Debian bookworm desktop package installed from CLI is missing wallpaper on XFCE

armbian/configng#173

How to reproduce?

Install Armbian XFCE desktop on CLI image. (same procedure works with Jammy)

Perhaps this is missing also on build image.

package is shipped with desktop bsp.
