[Feature Request]: Support for Ubuntu 25.10 (Questing Quokka)

Which feature would you like to have?

Description

I'd like to request official support for building Armbian images based on Ubuntu 25.10 (codename: Questing Quokka), which was released on October 9, 2025.

This would allow users to leverage the latest Ubuntu features, such as:

• GNOME 49
• Mesa 25.2.3
• Updated packages for better hardware compatibility (e.g., improved RISC-V and ARM support)

Expected Behavior

• Option to select ubuntu with version 25.10 in the build configuration.
• Documentation updates in the README or wiki.

Current Behavior

Support is available up to Ubuntu 25.04 or earlier variants (with EXPERT=yes), but no 25.10 yet.
