Survey community on conference details

During community meeting @smoya raised an interesting question, that when we pick the venue we should take into account what audience would like to actually join the even in person, and if the given location is ok for them financially (mainly about travels and extra costs to get to Canary Island).

I'm personally biased by my experience, that anyway majority of people that go to conferences, do not pay on their own but are sponsored by companies. Individuals very rarely go to even if they have to pay for flight and accommodation. Nevertheless I like the idea of having a survey with some questions for the community:

• asking about locations they prefer
• if they would come
• what would be their role model event

Let's collect those, put up a conference website immediately and put a survey link there
