script comparing two sets of quantities

I'd like to easily create a plot like this, which shows how two quantities correlate with
nominal data:

I have a set of times needed to complete 60 or so tests, and one of them (or possibly several) is taking longer than previous runs.

I wasn't able to get the pattern control on the ascii table parser to work.
